The population of this research is the employees of PT. Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) Pangkalpinang, totaling 115 people. The analytical tool used is path analysis using SEM method (struktural equation modeling) using SmartPLS 3. The results of the study indicate that organizational culture had a positive and significant effect on satisfaction. Organizational culture has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational culture also has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee performance and organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Job satisfaction is able to partially mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance and organizational commitment is able to partially mediate the influence of organizational culture on employee performance. 摘要

本研究的目的是解释工作满意度和组织承诺在组织文化对员工绩效的影响中的中介作用。本研究对象为PT. Indomarco Prismatama (Indomaret) Pangkalpinang的员工,共115人。使用的分析工具是路径分析使用SEM方法(结构方程建模)使用SmartPLS 3。研究结果表明,组织文化对员工满意度有显著的正向影响。组织文化对员工绩效有正向显著的影响,组织文化对组织承诺也有正向显著的影响。此外,工作满意度对员工绩效有正向显著影响,组织承诺对员工绩效有正向显著影响。工作满意度能够部分中介组织文化对员工绩效的影响,组织承诺能够部分中介组织文化对员工绩效的影响。因此,企业的领导者应该重视和培养工作满意度和组织承诺,使组织文化能够提高员工的绩效。
