The results showed that there was a negative influence between job insecurity and innovative work behavior on outsourced employees by 0.196. From the results of the analysis, it is also known that job insecurity contributes as much as 3.8% to innovative work behavior in outsourced employees at STO Telkom Cinta Damai. 摘要

本研究旨在分析工作不安全感对外包员工创新工作行为的影响。本研究以信达电信所有外包员工为研究对象,研究对象多达120人。本研究采用SPSS程序进行简单线性回归分析。结果表明,外包员工的工作不安全感与创新工作行为之间存在负向影响,负向影响系数为0.196。从分析结果来看,我们也知道,工作不安全感对STO Telkom Cinta Damai外包员工的创新工作行为的贡献高达3.8%。根据研究结果可知,STO电信信达麦外包员工中,工作不安全感对创新工作行为的负面影响为3.8%,其余96.2%受到其他因素的影响。
