The research method uses a quantitative approach. The population is all teachers in MTs Serba Bakti Suryalaya boarding school district of Tasikmalaya as many as 30 teachers. The sampling technique is saturated sample. Data were analyzed using regression analysis. 摘要

摘要本研究的目的在于探讨领导效能与动机对Tasikmalaya省Serba Bakti Suryalaya寄宿学校教师绩效的影响。研究方法采用定量方法。人口全部是教师,在Tasikmalaya的Serba Bakti Suryalaya寄宿学校学区多达30名教师。采样技术为饱和采样。数据采用回归分析。本研究结果发现,领导效能与动机对小学教师绩效有显著的部分及同时影响,因此,领导效能越高,教师绩效越好,工作动机越高,教师绩效越好。关键词:领导效能、动机、教师绩效
