摘要

方法:采用2010~2011年韩国国民健康与营养调查资料进行研究。研究考察了青少年(12~18岁)的人口学特征(家庭收入水平、居住地、不吃早餐/午餐/晚餐、外出就餐频率)、人体测量特征(身高、体重、体重状况)、生化特征(空腹血糖、尿素氮、肌酸、甘油三酯、胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、血红蛋白、以韩国膳食参考摄入量(KDRI)、营养品质指数(INQ)、营养充足比(NAR)为指标,根据牛奶消费频次,对3组(< 1/周、1~6/周、1/天)的血比及营养摄入量进行定量和定性评价。
