Range of indications for elbow arthroscopy include, but are not limited to, diagnostic evaluation, removal of loose bodies, synovectomy, contracture releases, lateral epicondylitis treatment, and adjunct use for fracture reduction. Surgeons' understanding of anatomy and portal placement is critical for successful treatment.
