CT and selective angiography revealed equivocal results. Endoscopic ultrasonography (EUS) clearly demostrated a well-demarcated, echo-free mass, measuring 2×0.8cm, in the head of the pancreas. Insulinoma was confirmed by surgical pathologic examination. 摘要
