The adaptation of returnees is very important to play their full role in innovation. Guided by the theory of social capital, 23 young teachers who had returned to China for 2 - 10 years were selected to study their academic adaptation. It is found that there is structural dislocation in the distribution of relationship network among young returnee teachers. In order to overcome this problem, young returnee teachers adopt the strategies of letting nature take its course, expanding their interpersonal relationship and conversion their relationships. 摘要

为了给海归人才的发展创造更具吸引力的环境,中国政府制定了更加积极、高效、开放的人才引进政策。海归的适应对于充分发挥他们在创新中的作用非常重要。以社会资本理论为指导,选取23名回国2 ~ 10年的青年教师进行学术适应研究。研究发现,青年海归教师关系网络分布存在结构性错位。为克服这一问题,青年海归教师采取顺其自然、拓展人际关系、转换人际关系等策略。高校应给予海归教师学术适应的社会支持和国际化的学术管理。
