The GEPIA database was used to analyze the relationship between the expression of NR3C1 and the survival rate of ccRCC patients in TCGA data. Protein interaction on one hand and upstream and downstream regulation of NR3C1 gene on the other hand were analyzed by the String database. \n \n \nResults \nThe NR3C1 expression in ccRCC tissue was statistically different from that in normal renal tissue (P<0.05). The overall survival rate of the patients with a high NR3C1 expression was significantly higher than that of ones with a low NR3C1 expression (P<0.05). 摘要

目的分析糖皮质激素受体基因NR3C1在肾透明细胞癌中的表达差异及意义。方法利用Oncomine数据库检索筛选NR3C1信息,获得NR3C1在ccRCC和正常肾组织中的表达。利用GEPIA数据库分析TCGA数据中NR3C1表达与ccRCC患者生存率的关系。通过String数据库分析蛋白质相互作用和NR3C1基因上下游调控。结果NR3C1在ccRCC组织中的表达与正常肾组织有统计学差异(P<0.05)。NR3C1高表达患者的总生存率显著高于NR3C1低表达患者(P<0.05)。NR3C1与NCOA1、NCOA2、NOCRO1、HSP90AA1、FKBP5等蛋白相互作用,参与炎症反应以及细胞增殖分化等生物学过程。结论NR3C1在ccRCC中高表达,且与ccRCC的预后相关,可作为ccRCC诊断和治疗的潜在靶点。关键词:肾透明细胞癌;ccRCC;糖皮质激素受体基因;NR3C1;数据挖掘;Oncomine
