摘要

目的探讨老年维持性血液透析(MHD)患者调节情绪自我效能感(RESE)水平及其影响因素。方法采用自行设计的人口统计学问卷、调节情绪自我效能量表(RESES)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对100例老年MHD患者进行自愿调查。如果患者完成问卷有困难，护士会给予帮助。结果RESES评分平均为(31.47±6.39)分，SSRS评分平均为(31.26±5.82)分。多元逐步回归分析结果显示，家庭经济状况、社会支持水平是影响家庭心理健康指数的主要因素(t =2.637，-2.851,3.172,3.052)，其中社会支持水平低于正常水平。结论老年MHD患者多表现为中低水平的RESE，受个体因素影响。护理人员应采取适当措施，提高自身的RESE水平。关键词:老年;维护血液透析;调节情绪自我效能;影响因素
