Clinical nursing care for patients with benign breast lesions unergoing mammotome minimally invasive operation

Objective To explore the application value of individualized clinical nursing care for patients with benign breast lesions undergoing mammotome minimally invasive operation.Methods 86 patients diagnosed with benign tumor by biopsy of breast and admitted into our hospital from July,2010 to November,2013 were chosen as study objects and then were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,43 for each group.The observation group was individualizedly nursed,and the control group normally.The knowledge breast diseases was surveyed via questionnaire in both groups and then was compared.The SAS and SDS scores and doctors and nurses' satisfaction were compared between the two groups when the patients were discharged.Results The observation group had better command of basic breast knowledge,did better in self care and breast self-examination,and got better score in unhealthy lifestyle,diet,and emotion than the control group (P ＜ 0.05).SAS and SDS scores wer significantly higher e in the control group than in the observation group (t=1 1.93,P ＜ 0.05; t=15.24,P ＜ 0.05).The satisfaction degree of doctors and nursing staff were better in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences(x 2=3.91,P ＜ 0.05;x 2=9.77,P ＜ 0.05).Conclusions Individualized nursing care can significantly make the patients get better in psychological anxiety depression,have better command of the knowledge of breast diseases,and more satisfied in mammotome minimally invasive operation in the treatment of benign breast lesions.It is worth being clinically generalized.
