This study uses the Tru-experimental design experimental research approach. The research design used was pretest-posttest control group design with research subjects as many as 60 students, 30 students for the control group and 30 students for the experimental group. There are two instruments used: bullying questionnaire and peer counselor training questionnaire. The results obtained through questionnaire behavior on bullying behavior were analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis showing differences in student bullying behavior between before and after the implementation of peer counselor training, namely from high categories to moderate categories. 摘要

本研究探讨了同伴辅导员培训在预防欺凌行为中的应用。本研究采用trui -experimental design实验研究方法。研究设计采用前测后测对照组设计,研究对象多达60人,对照组30人,实验组30人。使用了欺凌问卷和同伴咨询师培训问卷两种工具。对欺凌行为问卷调查结果进行描述性统计分析,发现实施同伴辅导员培训前后学生欺凌行为的差异,即从高类别到中等类别。而采用t检验的推理统计分析结果显示,同伴辅导员培训的应用对防止学生欺凌行为有真实或积极的影响。
