Talking about Knowledge Transfer implies talking about Technology Transfer, as the literature suggests that technology is a form of knowledge. Although these activities are highly interactive, they have different goals. Knowledge has a broad view, is concerned with the \"why\", the cause and effect while technology is already something straightforward or concerned with how things are done, refers to tools. Based on the 7-S framework we will examine the key role of organizational factors that facilitate the transfer of knowledge and technology between enterprise / university.
