The literature review method is used in this study to collect and extract the data from the national database system to show an overview of training program research and training program development that have been conducted in Vietnam. The findings indicate that the training programs have been changed from content training to training to form learners' competence. Furthermore, the programs are developed using a variety of modern perspectives and theories, such as output standards, educational innovation needs, liberal educational philosophy, competency-based performance, and so on. 摘要

培训计划是所有教学活动特别是教育活动的焦点,因此培训计划的制定以及与培训计划制定相关的活动已成为许多教育科学家感兴趣的一个重要问题。本研究采用文献综述法,从国家数据库系统中收集和提取数据,以展示在越南进行的培训计划研究和培训计划开发的概述。研究结果表明,培训计划已经从内容培训转变为形成学习者能力的培训。此外,这些课程采用了多种现代观点和理论,如产出标准、教育创新需求、自由教育理念、基于能力的绩效等。然而,还需要进行更多的研究,不仅要指出培训计划研究体系的局限性,还要为教育系统应该开发和应用的培训计划开发的新方向提供科学依据。关键词:培训方案,方案制定,方案设计,文献综述,越南教育
