The method has been descriptive and quantitative. The results con-sider the 4 dimensions obtained in the exploratory factor analysis, while presenting the descriptive results of each dimensions and the existence of statistically signifi-cant differences according to the study’s independent variables. The relationship between the 4 factors are presented, as well as the establishment of a predictive model of experience evaluation.
