The same is a continuity of initiated investigations, using as a methodological framework the design of descriptive, non-experimental, cross-descriptive research. Based on the use of primary and secondary sources, results were obtained from those entrepreneurs who, through experience and a \"hunter\" mentality, have undergone a process of change, are transitioning or expect to experience processes of change in the sector in which they operate. . Flexibility, speed and adaptation to the environment are fundamental for survival. For this, the results show that they have based their existence on the transit of a culture based on change as a constant factor in modern times. The study, observation and analysis carried out in this project allows us to identify the synergy capacity of some of the local entrepreneurs with unquestionable success in the management of companies.
