Every school should plan its development based on its resources and competences. Keeping up with the ever-changing reality, rather than sticking to once chosen directions, is the way to digital school individualization. Only such a school model allows to achieve beneficial for society educational results in the beginning of the 21st century. The types and scopes of proposed activities depend on the requirements for audiovisual equipment, and the competence of teachers. Multimedia is a combination of several different ways of conveying information in order to provide the audience with better prepared information. The article presents the results of a survey on the use of Information Technology in upper secondary education by teachers, which shows the extent of teachers’ knowledge of media education of young people, the support for this education, and the opinions about it at school. A selection of two secondary schools with similar fields of study in Poland and the Czech Republic is juxtaposed. 摘要

公立学校有创建新的多媒体活动的基础。每个学校都应该根据自己的资源和能力来规划自己的发展。跟上不断变化的现实,而不是固守曾经选择的方向,是数字化学校个性化的途径。只有这样的办学模式,才能在21世纪初取得对社会有益的教育成果。拟议活动的类型和范围取决于对视听设备的要求和教师的能力。多媒体是几种不同的信息传递方式的组合,目的是向受众提供准备得更好的信息。本文介绍了一项关于高中教师使用信息技术的调查结果,显示了教师对青少年媒体教育的了解程度、对这种教育的支持程度以及学校对这种教育的看法。本文将波兰和捷克共和国两所具有相似研究领域的中学并置。学校应该在混合式学习系统中发挥主要作用,启动并启用远程学习(使用实验室设备-具有互联网接入的计算机以及教师的知识和技能)。
