摘要

印尼的科学教育仍然很差。科学教育有许多组成部分,比如教师。教师因素的无数缺陷必须得到解决:低水平教师的吸收、教师的承诺、绩效、教师教育水平等。这是由于校长和督学的表现不佳以及政府的政策造成的。为了克服这些问题,有必要改进以下方案,包括培训和辅导方案等。期望通过提高教师素质的努力,提高学生的科学素养。
