摘要

尽管能力一直是英语教学中主要关注的问题,无论是在EFL还是ESL语境中,但国家教育部(2006年)推出的以能力为基础的教学大纲的兴起,给我国的英语教师带来了重大问题。其中一个关键问题是如何将能力的概念转移到教学大纲的设计中。由于教学大纲不仅包含学科内容的列表,而且还包含课程规划者(教师)如何反映他们对语言本质以及语言教学和学习的理解和信念,因此必须进行英语教学以实现交际能力。然而,目前对英语教学实践的调查表明,英语教师仍然原地踏步,把CC作为他们工作中的一个大口号。
