Masalah penelitian ini “Bagaimana model kolaborasi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan guru Mata Pelajaran untuk meningkatkan keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa Cerdas Istimewa SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak? Subjek penelitian ini berjumlah 10 orang terdiri dari guru Bimbingan dan Konseling serta guru Mata Pelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Research and Development (R&D). Simpulan hasil penelitian, kolaborasi guru Bimbingan dan Konseling dengan guru mata pelajaran untuk siswa Cerdas Istimewa SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak pada kegiatan akademik melalui layanan pendidikan khusus akselerasi dan enrichment. Model kolaborasi guru BK dengan guru mata pelajaran untuk keterampilan komunikasi interpersonal siswa Cerdas Istimewa SMA Negeri 3 Pontianak, meliputi : (a) rasional, (b) Visi dan Misi, (c)Pengertian, (d) Tujuan, (e) Asumsi, (f) Prinsip kolaborasi, (g) Mekanisme kolaborasi, (h) Target Pengembangan, (i)Materi Kolaborasi, (j)Kegiatan kolaborasi. Saran meliputi, Bimbingan dan Konseling harus menjadi bagian dari layanan terhadap siswaCerdas Istimewa, model ini dapat menjadi salah satu sumber acuan dalam mengembangkan ilmu Bimbingan dan Konseling berdasarkan keperluan siswa Cerdas Istimewa dan kolaborasi sekolah pelaksana layanan kelas khusus Cerdas Istimewa pada umumnya.AbstractTherefore it is needed the collaboration of guidance and counseling teacher with the subject teacher for the interpersonal communication, in order to enable the special intelligent students to communicate. GUIDANCE AND COUNSELING TEACHER AND SUBJECT TEACHER COLLABORATION MODEL INCREASING THE INTERPERSONAL COMMUNICATION SKILL OF SPECIAL INTELLIGENT STUDENTS
