The analysis used was descriptive analysis. The mean of  the seminiferous tubules epithelium height is 105.6 μm. 摘要

利用微型数码相机对小鼠睾丸精管上皮的测量进行了双目显微镜优化。这项研究是在苏南卡利加大学科学技术学院生物实验室进行的。本研究的目的是利用微型数码相机测定小鼠睾丸精小管上皮的高度。将计算机与双目显微镜和optilab advance连接,然后用10倍目镜对物镜在4倍、10倍和40倍倍率下进行optilab advance标定。采用描述性分析。精小管上皮平均高度为105.6 μm。利用计算机优化和带微型数码相机的双目显微镜可以测量精小管上皮。
