Mechanisms and the strategy for remission of type 2 diabetes mellitus
Type 2 diabetes is no longer seen as being an irreversible natural course, accompanied by progressive beta cell failure and various chronic diabetes related complications. In contrast, remission can be achieved through a personalized approach.
