摘要

研究了槲皮素和芦丁存在下银纳米粒子(NP)在化学(NaBH4)、热(90℃)和光化学还原Ag+离子过程中形成和稳定的特点。结果表明,在槲皮素存在的情况下,在紫外照射下,银离子的还原形成尺寸为50 ~ 90 nm的银纳米粒子的效率最高。银NP的稳定是由于类黄酮分子与纳米颗粒表面银离子的络合作用。所制得的类黄酮-银二元胶体复合物可作为长效抗炎剂和杀菌剂在医学上应用。
