The EBA (Association Based Entity) model presents results above the ICS (Catalan Health Institute) and OSI (Integrated Health Organizations) models both in controlling the negative effect of administrative burden and in the management of basic psychological needs.</p></div><div><h3>Conclusions</h3><p>The motivation and professional well-being of primary care physicians would benefit from reforms that limit the administrative burden of some procedures and red tape.
