A quantitative research method was employed in this study. A total of 329 valid surveys were obtained. Partial least square structural equation modeling (PLS-SEM) was used for testing research hypotheses. It was also found that marital status has a moderating effect on the relationships of PsyCap, CA, job satisfaction, and life satisfaction. These findings offer ample theoretical and practical implications.
