摘要

本研究旨在确定辅导员在通过指导和咨询服务提高学生学业成就动机方面的作用。本研究的问题是学生的成就动机较低。辅导员的作用可以通过学校的指导和咨询服务来预防问题。所采用的研究方法是文献研究。之所以进行文献研究,是因为该研究处于co-19疫情期间,必须解决这项研究。数据分析通过书籍和文章使用分析方法。结果表明,辅导员的作用在通过指导和咨询服务,如信息服务、个人咨询服务、课堂内外指导和小组指导,提高学生的学业成就动机方面非常重要。
