The new normal policy made by the central government needs a marketing strategy adapted to the situations and conditions that occurred during the pandemic. This study aimed to determine the marketing communication strategy of the Denpasar City Tourism Office in increasing tourists during the new normal period. This study uses the theory of marketing mix. The research method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, in which the Denpasar City Tourism Office was taken as the object of research. Data collection was carried out using observation, documentation, and interview techniques. The data then were analyzed in three stages, namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. 摘要

自从发布了与在印度尼西亚所有地区实施新常态阶段有关的条例以来,登巴萨市政府在新冠肺炎应对加速工作队的协助下,已开始为所有相关方面设计新的常态SOP,其中之一是增加游客。中央政府制定的新常态政策需要一种适应疫情期间发生的情况和条件的营销策略。本研究旨在确定登巴萨市旅游局在新常态期间增加游客的营销传播策略。本研究运用营销组合理论。本研究采用定性描述方法,以登巴萨市旅游局为研究对象。数据收集采用观察、记录和访谈技术进行。然后将数据分为三个阶段进行分析,即数据缩减、数据呈现和结论。研究结果表明,登巴萨市旅游局已经采取了符合营销传播策略的措施,这些措施是在内部实施营销组合和促销组合。
