摘要

打工学生的自我效能感与学业倦怠。学业倦怠是指学生在学习过程中受到压力、负担或其他心理因素的影响而表现出情绪疲劳、人格解体倾向和个人成就感低的状态。有一些个人因素会影响倦怠;影响学业倦怠的个体因素之一是学业自我效能感。本研究旨在探讨打工学生学业自我效能感与学业倦怠的关系。根据研究和讨论的结果,我们可以得出结论:职业学生的学业自我效能感与学业倦怠之间存在负相关关系。这意味着学业自我效能越高,打工学生的学业倦怠越低,反之学业自我效能越低,打工学生的学业倦怠越高。
