A total of (350) broiler chicks one –day old (Ross 380) – unsexed were randomly divided into (7) equal dietary treatment groups, as follows: Treatment (T1): Basal diet without any addition (control group) ,Treatment (T2): Basal diet + Garlic 4cc/10L,Treatment(T3):Basal diet + Saccharomyces cervisiae 2.5gm/10L,Treatment (T4): Basal diet + Stpire 2.5cc/10 L, Treatment (T5): Basal diet +B. glucan 8gm/10 kg, Treatment (T6): Basal diet + Levamisole 1gm/kg, Treatment (T6): Basal diet + Levamisole 1gm/kg, Treatment (T7): Basal diet + Neomycin 0.5 gm/L. These additions were presented on the first day of the arrival for 5 days, and on the day of first vaccination for 5 days and at the end of the experiment for 5 days also. 摘要

本研究旨在研究饲料添加剂对小肠重量和组织学变化的影响。将(350)只一日龄肉鸡(Ross 380)随机分为(7)组,分别为:处理(T1):不添加任何添加剂的基础日粮(对照组),处理(T2):基础日粮+大蒜4cc/10L,处理(T3):基本日粮+cervisiae酵母2.5gm/10L,处理。葡聚糖8gm/10 kg,治疗(T6):基础饮食+左旋咪唑1g/kg,治疗(T6:基础饮食+右旋咪唑1gg/kg,治疗(T7):基础膳食+新霉素0.5 gm/L。这些添加物在到达的第一天出现5天,在第一次接种疫苗的当天出现5天以及在实验结束时也出现5天。这些雏鸡在出生第一天通过颈部注射接种新冠病毒,并在出生第10天再次接种拉索塔疫苗。每周测定体重,结果如下:喂食(T7)的雏鸡绒毛高度和(T3,T4)均有改善。
