Five research questions and two null hypotheses guided the study. 138 librarians in these Federal University Libraries made up the population. The instrument for data collection was a questionnaire. Data collected for the study were analyzed using percentages, standard deviation and mean. The hypotheses were tested using t-test at a 0.05 level of significance.
