Trabajo en red como metodología de intervención con la infancia y adolescencia: claves para su consolidación

Advocating for children and adolescents is key to the present and future of our society. Its support requires a lot of focus on conflictive or vulnerable cases, but also the promotion of preventive actions. The family, the community, education, health or social services are leading actors in the care of children and young people. This attention requires a collaborative and coordinated action with a shared approach that contributes to their integral well-being. The networking methodology already has a long history in intervention with children and adolescents, but how should it be promoted? Who should lead it? What content does it include? How to consolidate it? Through a study based on 5 networking experiences in Pamplona (Navarra), the main potential, limitations and current challenges of this methodology are identified. The results allow systematizing these experiences, contributing at the same time to a shared knowledge between territories and providing keys oriented towards the consolidation of networking as a methodology for intervention with children and adolescents.
