Given diversified backgrounds and different preferences of intelligence-alliance innovation teams, we suggest multiagent group decision-making as a method of seeking task coordination for participants in conflict and their problem-solvers. 针对中国西部高校高端人才短缺、科研水平低、人才流失严重的困境,提出了构建智能联盟创新团队的解决之道——一种跨区域、多主体的新型合作模式。我们找出阻碍卓有成效的合作的主要分歧,然后分析这种协调不良的原因。鉴于情报联盟创新团队的不同背景和不同偏好,我们建议多智能体群体决策作为冲突参与者及其问题解决者寻求任务协调的一种方法。最后,通过具体案例证明,该方法可以提高智能联盟创新团队的任务协调能力,整体反馈协调可能是智能联盟创新团队任务协调的最佳方案。
