The theoretical part was based on the authors Boaventura Sousa Santos (2006), Maria Isabel da Cunha (2002), Paulo Freire (1996; 1987) and Edgar Morin (2001; 2005). And the practical part consisted of reflective reports about an internship in higher education. The methodological procedures were based on complex thinking (MORIN; CIURANA; MOTTA, 2003) which assumes the subdivision of the method into a program and strategy, taking as a guide the general objective and allowing the problematizations to arise during the dialogue (theoretical-practical) . The reflection started from three different fronts: a) the theoretical contribution coming from a discipline of the Master's course in Education called Teaching Seminar in Higher Education, b) the theoretical contribution coming from readings for a Master's research in Education and c) the reflective practice of a teaching experience in higher education.
