摘要

尽管在阿根廷、巴西和智利，左翼在行政部门占主导地位后，右翼政客在最近的选举中当选，但在巴西，这一转变让接近极右翼的政客雅伊尔·博尔索纳罗(Jair Bolsonaro)上台。如何解释巴西案例中的这一结果?作者的结论是，虽然在这三个国家都有民主价值危机的迹象，但在巴西，对政治制度的支持也在急剧下降，对传统政党的排斥也在减少。从这个意义上说，博尔索纳罗并不代表民众意识形态的变化。更确切地说，这是对体制的回应，而不是价值体系的转移。
