摘要

住院医师规范化培训是毕业后医学教育的主要形式。以岗位胜任力为指导，从培养目标、教学管理、教学方法、教学模式、考核手段等方面对超声医生规范化培训进行了探索。本研究坚持导师负责制，采用横向多模块、纵向分步教学模式，因地制宜制定学习计划，完善考核体系，构建规范实用的超声住院医师培训体系。关键词:岗位胜任力;超声医学;居民;培训体系

Construction of post competency-oriented training system for ultrasound residents
