The methode used in this research is kualitative descriptive explanatory, information retrieval using structured interview with the principal as a resource. The information analysis that is tried in problem research is reduction, presentation, and the drawing of conclusions. 摘要

Scholl是受新冠肺炎大流行影响的方面之一,因此,教育机构领导人的战略在保持教育质量方面的重要性,以便他们能够始终在更广泛的社区中保持自己的存在,因此,本研究旨在了解SMA Ar-Rahmah校长在新冠肺炎大流行期间维持教育质量的策略。本研究采用的方法是描述性解释性的、以校长结构化访谈为资源的信息检索。在问题研究中尝试的信息分析是还原、呈现和得出结论。本研究的结果如下:1)校长通过提供旨在保持教师良好学习信心的辅导和培训(如saqofiyah辅导)来提高教师的专业性,从而保持教育质量;2)在疫情期间,校长通过进行eclia测试来关注学校居民的免疫力,在教师进入学校环境和学习过程中,都要使用严格的健康规程。3)校长通过提供额外的脚来增加参与者的免疫力,从而保持学生的健康,从而使教学和学习过程顺利进行,除了提供额外的活动来减少学生在教学和学习过程中的无聊感之外。
