The aims of this study were to determine personality hardiness of guidance and counseling teachers (school counselors) in Bandung City. Paricipants were two people of guidance and counseling teachers in Bandung City. The method used in this research is descriptive qualitative manifold generate descriptive data to describe the behavior of the subject under study. Then the presence of investigators in this study serves as primary research tool. Data collection techniques in this study using the method of interviews. Data analyzed in this study using qualitative data analysis. Validity test in this study using data triangulation technique. 摘要

万隆市辅导教师适应力人格特征分析。摘要本研究旨在探讨万隆市辅导教师(学校辅导员)的人格韧性。参与者是万隆市的两位指导和咨询老师。本研究采用描述性定性流形生成描述性数据来描述被研究对象的行为。然后,调查人员的存在作为本研究的主要研究工具。本研究的数据收集技术采用访谈法。本研究数据分析采用定性数据分析。本研究采用数据三角测量技术进行效度检验。结果表明,辅导教师具有韧性人格,其特点是在时代和日益复杂的问题存在下,仍能坚持做辅导教师,能够控制突发情况,对工作中发生的任何事件都不认为是威胁。
