Happy Winter Season! What a beautiful time of year to enjoy a hot cocoa and read the Quality Management Journal. The journal is doing well, and we continue to receive many great submissions. However, there is a need for more. Please submit your best work to the Quality Management Journal and get it read and cited by the best quality management researchers in the world. This journal is the hub where we come to inform each other and share what we have learned about quality management. Indeed, a nice place to be on a cold winter’s day. Here is the roundup for this issue.
