本文主要研究俄罗斯人力资本与竞争力的关系。该研究考察了（1）对知识密集型产业的投资对社会经济发展的影响；（2）员工份额的影响；（3）宗教因素对HC的影响；（4）创新型企业形成H的问题。在国家一级，对知识密集型产业的投资对国家的社会经济发展没有影响。事实证明，国内生产总值的增长与人们提高学历的愿望直接相关。文化、教育和健康因素的影响因地区而异。

Measuring human capital: methodological framework for assessing competitiveness and economic development
