Data collected by the instrument in form of questionnaire. The data analysis technique used is descriptive analysis method, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, hypothesis testing by F test and t test. Results from the study shows regression equation Y = 43.764+ 0,243 X1 + 0.173 X2 that has meaning when variables X1 and X2 changes, it will have an impact on student achievement. The result of data analysis shows that partially teacher’s professionalism affects significantly on students’ achievement with the value tcount 3,485 > ttable 2,002.Analysis on effect of personality on students’ learning achievement partially influences significantly with value tcount 3,105 > ttable 2,002. The result simultaneously shows that teacher’s professionalism and personality conjunctly affecting the achievement of MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA Medan student with value of 8,143 > Ftable 4.01. Other than that, the coefficient of determination (R2) has value of 222. 摘要

本研究的目的是确定(1)职业化能力变量对学生成就的影响,(2)教师人格变量对学生成就的影响,(3)教师职业化和人格对学生成就的影响。本研究为定量描述性研究,采用全抽样的方法,选取MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA的60名教师作为研究对象。仪器以问卷的形式收集数据。使用的数据分析技术是描述性分析方法、正态性检验、多重共线性检验、异方差检验、F检验和t检验的假设检验。研究结果表明,回归方程Y = 43.764+ 0,243 X1 + 0.173 X2具有意义,当变量X1和X2发生变化时,会对学生成绩产生影响。数据分析的结果显示,部分教师的敬业精神对学生的学习成绩有显著的影响,其值为3,485 bbb表2002。个性对学生学习成绩的影响分析,部分影响显著,值为3105,表2002。结果同时显示,教师的专业性和个性共同影响MAS/SMA al-Washliyah UNIVA棉兰学生的成绩,值为8,143 >(见表4.01)。除此之外,决定系数R2的值为222。这意味着在22,20%的学生学习成就变量受到本研究中两个自变量的影响,而其余高达77,80%的学生学习成就变量受到本研究未研究的其他变量的影响。
