This study aims to seek the role of value-co creation behaviour as a mediating variable between the key construct in Social Exchange Theory (satisfaction and trust) and customer loyalty. The research uses SEM-PLS to examine the model and the result indicates value co-creation behaviour influences customer loyalty positively. 摘要

电子商务的出现带来了许多优势,特别是在经济发展方面。随着电子商务用户的持续大幅增长,电子商务平台维持其业务至关重要。应用价值共创有利于电子商务获得竞争优势,从而提高客户忠诚度。本研究旨在寻求价值共创行为作为社会交换理论中关键结构(满意度和信任)与客户忠诚度之间的中介变量的作用。研究采用SEM-PLS对模型进行检验,结果表明价值共创行为对客户忠诚度有正向影响。因此,电子商务平台获得客户的信任和满意度,以增强他们重视共同创造行为的意愿,从而提高客户忠诚度,这一点很重要。
