摘要

方法:研究纳入61例1-2级无心血管并发症AH患者(男性29例，女性32例)，年龄40 ~ 60岁，其中28例(45.9%)合并2型糖尿病。AH持续时间5.0 [2.0];10.0年，2型糖尿病2.0年[1.0;4.0)年。血管硬度评估采用心踝血管指数(CAVI)和血管年龄(VA)进行容积血压计(VaSera-1500)。将所有患者分为VA正常组(护照年龄对应VA, n = 35)和血管过早老化组(VA高于护照年龄，n = 26)。
