PCOS-induced rats were treated with ESECB at 200 mg and 400 mg kg−1 b.w. p.o. for 28 d. Metformin 20 mg kg−1 b.w. was used as a standard drug. At the end of the experimental period, blood was collected from all rats for the estimation of enzymatic and non-enzymatic antioxidants. Ovaries were used for the histopathological analysis. In rats treated with Mifepristone, there was a decrease in the antioxidant enzymes catalase, super oxide dismutase, glutathione peroxidase, glutathione – S – transferase and glutathione reductase, which increased in the ESECB-treated groups. The altered levels of non-enzymatic antioxidants were also brought back to normal levels in these groups. 摘要:本研究探讨了黄花籽醇提物(ESECB)对米非司酮诱导的多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)雌性大鼠体内酶促和非酶促抗氧化水平及组织病理学变化的影响。pcos诱导大鼠分别给予ESECB 200 mg和400 mg kg - 1 b.w.,连续28 d。以二甲双胍20 mg kg - 1 b.w.作为标准药。在实验结束时,收集所有大鼠的血液,用于评估酶促和非酶促抗氧化剂的含量。采用卵巢进行组织病理学分析。米非司酮组大鼠抗氧化酶过氧化氢酶、超氧化物歧化酶、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶、谷胱甘肽- S -转移酶和谷胱甘肽还原酶均降低,esecb组升高。在这些组中,非酶抗氧化剂的变化水平也恢复到正常水平。组织病理学结果显示,经esecb处理的大鼠卵巢结构恢复了正常的生理机能,卵巢结构因PCOS而扭曲。
