espanolTomando como punto de partida el puzle constitucional de Alf Ross, Miriam Henriquez y George Lambeth defienden la validez de la modificacion de la potestad de reforma establecida en el capitulo XV de la Constitucion chilena. En el presente trabajo se critica la elaboracion de Henriquez y Lambeth, se introduce una aproximacion alternativa al puzle y se analizan ciertos aspectos del debate constitucional a la luz de tal interpretacion.
