Therefore, by identifying the problems of marginality and the HIV epidemic that have plagued countless people, the significance of Brenda Lee's protection for vulnerable trans women will be discussed. The methodology used will be qualitative and quantitative, with deductive analysis being used, using the bibliographic review and data collection instrument, laws, articles, doctrines, interview research and reports of the period to carry out an in-depth investigation of historical events.
