摘要

雪兰干村是登巴萨市的旅游村之一。雪兰干旅游村面临着相当严峻的旅游挑战。面临的挑战不是将当地产品作为旅游景点最大化。本研究的目的是在雪兰干旅游村发展以烹饪为基础的主题旅游概念。主题旅游概念的发展,希望通过将当地食品发展成为旅游景点,鼓励雪兰干村作为旅游村的发展。这一概念既能响应全球旅游趋势,又能保护当地文化价值。因此,旅游景点将以具有雪兰干村或巴厘岛特色的烹饪之旅的形式出现。研究方法采用定性描述方法。
