Se comenta de forma breve la recién aprobada ley de residuos y suelos contaminados para una economía circular; así como legislación autonómica referida a la economía circular.\nSummary: \nIn this article, succinctly exposes the aspects that I consider most significant on the draft law of circular economy of Andalusia, whose approval debate was scheduled for April 27 and that after the official publication on April 26 of the dissolution of the Parliament of Andalusia, the bill will be re-processed at the beginning of the next legislature. The recently approved law on waste and contaminated soils for a circular economy is briefly discussed; as well as regional legislation related to the circular economy.\nPalabras clave: Economía circular.
