L’angiomammographie est une modalité d’imagerie réalisable en routine dans un cabinet libéral non adossé à une clinique. Le matériel et les locaux doivent être adaptés, l’ensemble du personnel doit être formé et les plannings devront être optimisés. La réalisation d’injections intraveineuses de produit de contraste iodé doit être encadrée avec notamment une maîtrise des conduites à tenir en cas d’évènement indésirable. L’angiomammographie est un examen apprécié des patientes ainsi que de nos correspondants.
