We proceed by means of a bibliographical review that shows three levels. First, sexuality education is a dispute between approaches and perspectives that conceive and implement it from different parameters. Then, sexuality education has supranational frameworks and indicators that account for its inclusion in global policies to overcome poverty and inequalities. Finally, sexuality education is the configuration of national policies and organizational dilemmas in its practical implementation, detailing the different modalities it adopts at the local level and the challenges it represents for professional teams.
