Diabetes was also induced by a single intraperitoneally injection of STZ (45 mg/kg). the training groups performed the exercise on the treadmill for five consecutive days within six weeks with 10-18 m/min intensity and 10-30 minute duration based on the principle of overload. the pancreatic tissue levels of the Bax and the Bcl-2 proteins were further determined via the ELISA method. The analysis of variance test (ANOVA) with Tukey's post hoc test was used for analyzing the data. \nResults: The results showed that the induction of diabetes had significantly decreased the levels of Bcl-2 protein and increased the levels of Bax protein and Bax/Bcl-2 ratio in the pancreatic tissue (Pvalue=0.001,Effect Size=0.29). 摘要

目的:胰腺β细胞凋亡在1型糖尿病发病过程中起重要作用。本研究旨在探讨持续有氧训练对链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导的糖尿病大鼠胰腺组织Bax/Bcl-2比值的影响。材料与方法:选取雄性Wistar大鼠40只,分为健康对照组(HC)、健康训练组(HT)、糖尿病对照组(DC)和糖尿病训练组(DT)。单次腹腔注射STZ (45 mg/kg)也可诱导糖尿病。训练组在6周内连续5天在跑步机上进行训练,强度为10-18米/分钟,持续时间为10-30分钟。通过ELISA法进一步检测胰腺组织中Bax和Bcl-2蛋白的表达水平。数据分析采用方差分析和Tukey事后检验。结果:糖尿病诱导大鼠胰腺组织Bcl-2蛋白水平显著降低,Bax蛋白水平及Bax/Bcl-2比值显著升高(p值=0.001,效应值=0.29)。此外,研究结果显示,6周的有氧运动训练显著提高了DT组的Bcl-2水平,显著降低了Bax水平和Bax/Bcl-2比值(p值=0.012,效应值=0.23)。结论:根据本研究结果,运动可以被认为是降低糖尿病诱导的细胞凋亡率和控制其并发症的有效策略。
