This research used a qualitative approach with case study and the data was collected through deep interview, observation and documentation. The informans of the research are the head and his vice of the foundation, coordinator of the effective classes, teachers and students. The data was analysed by using descriptive technique. 摘要

本研究旨在找出(1)学习创新的概念,(2)学习创新管理职能的实施,(3)学习创新管理的内涵,以及(4)在科尔多瓦萨马林达伊斯兰综合中学有效班级实施学习创新管理的障碍与对策。本研究采用个案研究的定性研究方法,通过深度访谈、观察和文献资料收集数据。本研究的举报人是基金会主任、副主任、有效班协调员、教师和学生。采用描述技术对数据进行分析。研究发现:(1)有效课堂的学习创新概念是通过中间输入和有效学习过程构建的,并产生有效输出;(2)实施有效班级的学习创新管理功能,通过规划设计确定输入选择标准、有效过程标准、有效输出标准、通过丰富课程组织学习创新、时间分配、教师角色和职责、学习资源、通过移动班级进行学习创新、标准化教师、信息化管理、全日制课程、学习创新的三种评价,即掌握学习标准的测试与非测试评价和高竞争性班级评价;(3)学习创新管理的内涵包括整合学习管理体系,提高教师资格标准,提高学校声誉;(4) Cordova Samarinda SMPIT有效班实施学习创新管理的障碍及解决方案。
